The 2012 NJBS and Futurity Entry book can be downloaded now and is available by clicking the Junior Nationals Quicklink at the top of the page! DEADLINES:
JUNIOR Ownership Deadline: MAY 19, 2012.
JUNIOR Entry Deadline: MAY 15, 2012.
Late Junior Entries accepted until JUNE 1, 2012 with $25 per exhibitor fee.
IJBBA MEMBERSHIP Deadline: JUNE 1, 2012.
To participate in NJBS Contests. FUTURITY Entry Deadline: JUNE 1, 2012.
Late Futurity Entries accepted until 5:00 pm on JULY 19, 2012 at $75 per entry.
HOTEL CUT-OFF Deadlines: JUNE 15-JULY 1, 2012.

2012 IJBBA Foundation Female Tops $30,000 |
|
A huge thank you to all the breeders, ranches, and individuals who participated in this year’s Foundation Female Buyer Group.The female, CX Ms Promise Keeper 59/Y2, donated by Cox Excalibur Brangus of Katy, Texas, set a new record bringing in $30,350 for the Junior Association to help fund their 2012-2013 activities.Each participant in the Buyer Group got their ticket put into a hat, and the lucky ticket belonged to Dr. Joe Massey and Hengst Brothers Brangus.Massey immediately gave the heifer back to the IJBBA.The heifer auctioned again, with Marvel Farms of High Springs, Florida taking her home.The $30,350 total breaks last year’s record of $20,500 which also broke all previous records.Special thanks to Cox Excalibur Brangus – Don, Jose, Kyle & Heidi, Dr. Joe Massey, Hengst Brothers Brangus, The Branch Ranch, and Marvel Farms for the overwhelming support and to all the participants of the 2012 Foundation Female Buyer Group.
